Once I painted a larger piece of the Falls with similar violets and yellows incorporated and I liked the mood it created and the emotion it evoked within me. This is a smaller version of my larger piece and it is slightly moodier.

If you look closely you will notice some indigo drips at the water and purple mass division about 1/3 down on the right side. This is what I call a "happy little accident' or 'things that make you go hmmm?" I could easily take this out of the painting and it might flow more smoothly, but I like the slight visual disruption this drip causes and so I kept it in the painting.
