The stately patriarch of the Sea Turtle Flotilla has wisdom in his eyes, and is turning his head to watch over his turtle family. He is painted in shades of yellow, gold, and russet, with turquoise water currents washing across his shell. He has been created on the body of a 12" tambourine.
