Although the 2024 eclipse did not in fact appear over Big Bend National Park, this art quilt imagines what it could have been. Inspired and based on photographs that I took on several trips to the area, the mountains, agave, prickly pear and ocotillo revel the beauty and perseverance of this landscape.
