After an artist block of nearly a month coupled with a nasty slow moving storm of a virus, the holidays and a new puppy, I finally got the motivation and the opportunity to "let it loose" in the studio. With only the forethought of jewel tones in my head, I rode the wild wind and let my hair fly free onto this birch panel. I couldn't be happier with the results. Sometimes, when you don't overthink and go with your emotions, the happiest things happen.
