Young Almond Trees

The sunshine was glowing through the leaves of these beautiful young almond trees growing right at the water's edge.

I painted them in a blocky contemporary style, using a mixture of brushwork and palette knife techniques.

The canvas is extremely good quality and was imported and custom made for the purpose. The piece can be hung without a frame and has deep sides painted sky blue.
