With such beauty at Raleigh's Arboretum it's hard to settle on a subject to paint, but as I walked and walked through the gardens I found myself circling back to these Amaryllis blossoms. Each flower seemed to have so much personality that I felt like I was leaving friends when I finally packed up my easel.
