From the Artist: Passing Through is one in a series called “Crossroads.” This work represents pathways, choices, obstacles and unexpected turns in the road. There is no clear-cut way to move from one path to another and no definite “starting place,” although the paths can easily be traced to their origins, one’s past history.
Passing Through is an example of the illusion of three dimensions through curves, value, and the appearance of piercing a surface.
