From the Artist: There is an open door and standing ready to enter is a cactus wearing a western hat. The perspective and placement of the subject creates the illusion that the viewer is a participant in the scene.
Techniques: multiple twill weaving, handwoven on a 16 harness AVL compu dobby loom using a four warp complex weave structure, weft inlay.
