I've painted this creek numerous times en plein air and in studio. The movement of the water--rushing, pausing, circling rocks--provides endless fascination and, of course, there's the ""water music"" that sets the tone for each painting.

I work primarily in oils, en plein air, and in studio. I love painting water -- the movement, the reflections, and the mystery of what is under the surface. My work has been accepted in local, regional, and national juried shows.
