Religion is a very important part of most Haitian's lives. There's a saying that Haiti is 80% Roman Catholic but 100% Vodou. While this is not strictly true, the majority of Haitians do practice at least some aspects of Vodou. In more recent year, Evangelical Protestants have grown in numbers. In this quilt, the artist exhorts the viewer to repent and be saved.
