This is a collection of artworks created by Nebraskan artists for recipients of the Governor's Arts Awards. Each award year, the NAC commissions from one artist a piece for each recipient, as well as an extra piece for the NAC collection and for the Museum of Nebraska Art collection. The NAC focuses on artists from different districts to collect and represent artists from across the state.
