In my garden, I grow the inspirations that I bring to the studio. Working up close to the flowers while tending and weeding them offers me the opportunity to enjoy the delicate details of each flower. This is what I work to recreate in my studio allowing viewers to experience the wonder and complexity of the natural world up close, even in an indoor setting.
