This piece feels like emotional recovery without a straight line.
Not fully broken. Not fully healed. Just existing in that strange in-between space where the mind and body are trying to reorganize themselves after overwhelm.

The softer palette and layered movement felt quieter than many of my recent works—almost like thoughts surfacing through water or fog.

Healing is rarely dramatic. Sometimes it’s just learning how to breathe inside the chaos.
