I’ve been fortunate to receive a few awards over the years, each one a meaningful recognition and encouragement along my artistic path. But one moment stands above the rest — meeting Céline Dion. Spending over an hour with her, sharing stories and talking about my art, remains one of the most unforgettable experiences of my career.

At one point, she said something that touched me deeply: “What I do with my voice, you do with your hands.” Those words have stayed with me ever since. Whenever I begin to doubt myself, I think back to that conversation and feel renewed gratitude and confidence.
