Nowadays, most people are obsessed with time. Most of our lives are managed by schedules, so I do understand that question. For a sculpture, my typical answer would be 3 months backed by over 20 years' experience; for a painting, one week backed by over 20 years' experience. Like with any other discipline, time enables us to attain an increased level of expertise, making us more efficient with time management. It is important to know that once a sculpture is created, the foundry will need 10-12 weeks to finish their part.
