The work is a photogravure print on Richard de Bas paper, made from the negative of the artist's T-665 Polaroid titled "Still Life with Channel Bag" (1986). The posthumous photogravure is one sheet, #6, from a portfolio of 12 published in an edition of 50. They were hand-printed by Clary Nelson at Chestnut Street Press, Providence, Rhode Island, and Peter Pettengil at Wingate Studio, Hindsdale, New Hampshire. The portfolio was published by Pat Hearn Gallery, New York and Renaissance Press, New Hampshire. Pat Hearn was the executrix of the artist's estate.
