Plaza Blanca, or The White Place located in Abiquiu, NM was made famous by Georgia O'Keeffe as one of her painting areas. Plaza Blanca is now on the grounds of the Dar Al Islam education center and mosque.
I had the opportunity to visit and take photos of Plaza Blanca starting in 2018 to 2022. While hiking the area you find raw quartz crystals and unique stones. The stone formations are made up of valcanic ash.
