Laurie Albin has had a successful people and pet portraits business going for over thirty years. She is recognized as a prolific artist in multiple mediums, watercolor in particular, and has participated in numerous one woman shows over the last twenty-five years. She is a Signature Kansas Watercolor Society Member. Laurie taught, grades 7-12, for many years, in Hill City, Kansas before retiring in 2020. She continues to work in her home studio in WaKeeney, Kansas.
