Debra Clemente is a painter and author who considers her work "spiritual". Her painting process is as unique as each work of art she creates. Wielding one tool: a large sturdy palette knife. She paints by mixing, smoothing, layering, pushing, scratching and scraping oil paint on canvas. The resulting work retains the evidence of her energy and passion, delighting the eye from a distance as well as upon close study. The Hadley Art Collection showcases four of her pieces.
