"FLUTE LAMP" ORIGINAL VINTAGE LAMINATED CARDBOARD TABLE LAMP BY AMERICAN DESIGNER GREGORY A. VAN PELT

This original vintage table lamp, a homage to the iconic "Easy Edges" furniture by Frank Gehry, was designed circa 1972 by Gregory Van Pelt and distributed by Raymor. This lamp is a beautiful example of mid-century modern design, featuring a unique cylindrical base constructed of stacked corrugated cardboard with birch plywood end caps and a conical shade constructed of stacked corrugated cardboard.

The total height of the lamp measures 29 inches. The lamp base measures 15 3/4 inches high and 5 1/4 inches in diameter. The shade measures 12 inches high, 8 1/2 inches in diameter at the top, and 19 1/4 inches in diameter at the bottom.
