After moving into our house, I was introduced to my next-door neighbor's dog. Little did I know that this long-haired dachshund would forever change my life. Scooby Doo would soon adopt us, always wanting to be by my side. We went for walks, rides, and adventures together. I would sing songs to him, give him belly rubs, and whatever I ate, he wanted to share. His love for pepperoni and pizza crust was evident. After sixteen wonderful years together, we lost him. He was my companion, my buddy, and my friend until the very end. After sixteen years, I lost him. He was my cohort, my buddy, my friend to the end.
