This is a small wall-mounted sculpture. Each figure has a tack embedded in the back so it can be placed into a plasterboard wall and appear as if growing out of it.

Chūtarō the field mouse was being chased by a kite when the Poisonous Mushroom Couple sheltered him, saving his life. Ever since, they have been living together.
