Late last May, my two sisters and I took ten days to travel down the Oregon coast doing art. At Bandon, I photographed a large offshore rock that looked to me like a regal goddess moving over the sea. Those images inspired me to create a series of four goddesses: Asteria, Goddess of Stars; Diana, Goddess of the Moon; Morgan le Fey, Goddess of the Sea; and Rhiannon, Goddess of the Night. I just love the ethereal yet powerful glow each goddess has of her own.
