This radiant being was inspired by the garden I planted around my home in Crown Heights, Wichita. I daily went to the garden for a moment of respite, peace, and joy. The symmetrical organic abstractions often attract mythic names. Someday, I plan to paint a larger version of this "Little Flora." She is one of my favorites from this series and a favorite of many.
