This painting was created in August during a real heat wave. I like the warmth and love wearing thongs and getting colorful feet in the studio - but of course, I was constantly thinking about cooling down. And what could be better than a wonderful, ice-cold berry sorbet? The colors, shapes, splashes make a dynamic, fresh and lively painting, that it just got that title.
