I am fascinated by the interconnectivity in nature between birds and plants. Watching these tiny flying acrobats is always delightful. Capturing the fleeting, vibrant colors in nature is a constant challenge I enjoy. Hummingbirds are important pollinators for many plants, especially those with long trumpet-shaped flowers. Each foxglove flower provides a large amount of nectar, a perfect source of nutrition sustaining the high energy demands of hummingbirds. In return for the nectar, the hummingbirds transfer pollen to the flowers, ensuring the success of the next generation of plants.
