I enjoy painting wolves and admire their keen intelligence and ability to travel great distances.
Some of my greatest thrills is watching wolf packs in the wild in places like Yellowstone N.P.  where they were once extinct.  Once venerated in stories of the Roman gods, the wolf has a long history alongside humans.  Wolves forged a lasting bond with early man and were later immortalized in the works of many great writers.
