About Tim Caton:
Tim was born in Los Angeles, California and spent the rest of his life back and forth between San Francisco and San Diego. His work has been influenced by the Bay Area Figurative and the Mid-Century Modernists Abstract Movements. Tim is a survivor of abuse and uses his painting to express his inner feelings, thoughts and struggles. These works are evidence of his life long victories. Cartooning is his latest endeavor.

Education: Studied art at San Jose State University, San Jose City College, Athenaeum School of the Arts in La Jolla & graphic design at The Advertising Arts College in San Diego.

Coopriders acquired "Flowers over Table" at the SDAI (San Diego Art Institute) events they supported over the near 30 years in San Diego, CA. and both have served on the SDAI Board. SDAI, Babloa Park, is now ICA Central - and their North Location is in Encinitas and was previously the LUX.
