Artist Statement, about this work: "The bear represents times of introspection and the ravens are messengers. I find myself stuck sometimes when life throws out so many changes. I am being told to flow with the tides of change, yet sometimes I get stuck in my head of how things used to be instead of embracing the ever changing paths life takes us."
