Board Honorarium for Wayne Hutchens for his 2012-2020

We found out that Wayne has a soft spot for Springer Spaniels. Over the years he and his family have had many spaniel companions at home. We enlisted the help of Boulder-based artist Tif Choate who specializes in joyful pet portraits using her signature, unexpectedly bright color palette. This Springer Spaniel will have a new home in the hospital’s new Cardiac Pulmonary Care Unit located in the East Tower, that’s opening in mid-June.
