Eric Elliott currently lives in Colorado where he works as an associate professor of painting and drawing and is the art and design department head at Colorado Mesa University. Eric Elliott completed his MFA in Painting and Drawing at the University of Washington in Seattle and his undergraduate work in painting at the University of California, Berkeley. He took part in a year-long artist residency at the Jerusalem Studio School in Israel in 2014. He was the 2009 recipient of the Behnke Foundation's Neddy Artist Fellowship, was in the 2009 Northwest Biennial at the Tacoma Art Museum, and received the Seattle Art Museum's Kayla Skinner Special Recognition Award.
