These hearts are created from pieces of clear and colored glass in a ceramic heart mold then fired in a kiln for 23 hours at high temperatures on a Full Fuse schedule. Some have tiny glass murinni pieces such as ladybugs, flowers, or owls included. Some hearts are put back in the kiln and run through a Fire Polish schedule to make the back shiny and smoother.
