Last year I got to know the depths, a serious illness made me go deep into the dark. Not physically, I myself am healthy, but mentally I went underground for a long time because of the fear that had taken root deep inside me. I had to function, to give support and be support to myself. Sometimes it felt like being disconnected from real life, in a bubble of dark grey stasis, sometimes I felt like I was in black liquid, viscous sadness and fatigue.

And sometimes, the liquid was dark green, shimmering sometimes lighter, sometimes darker, as if I were at the bottom of a pond, like the little water sprite, from the children's book I used to love.

I reached the bottom of this depth and surrendered. At this point I started to see wonderful treasures.
