“Sea Inside" is an exploration of our own mind control using technology as an aid. Recent innovations in neuroheadset technology allow wearers to see real-time readings of their brainwaves translated into dynamic images. For this installation, users don neuroheadsets and are then asked to play a game on a screen in front of them. Their goal is to calm a rough ocean by simply altering their brainwaves. Large, real-time projections of their seas illuminate a tunnel that allows all festival-goers to step inside players' minds.
