Barbara Minor's hammered copper water fountain derives its imagery from ancient sculptures and pyramid-shaped temples and honors the historic architecture in French Quarter. The artist has incorporated into her sculpture the floral motifs seen in the cast iron grillwork seen on nearby balconies. Ms. Minor's intent is to "create a mood of peacefulness, harmony, and spiritual refreshment."
