Love Letter to New Orleans represents a profound personal and artistic transformation. It emerges from a site steeped in history - a building that once symbolized familial struggle and community challenges. Returning to this place now creates a powerful narrative of redemption and renewal.

The work is deeply rooted in the regional landscape, drawing particular inspiration from the mighty Mississippi River. Through careful artistic intervention, I've created a dialogue between abstract forms and architectural elements, allowing each to enhance and illuminate the other. The patterns and imagery flow through the space much like the river itself, serving as both a visual anchor and a metaphorical current.

At its heart, this installation embodies my commitment to community engagement. Art, I believe, has the power to transform spaces and heal histories.
