Kyle Nugent’s mural “Carnival of Time” intermingles a day and night scene with abstract shapes to exemplify the polarities and chaos of nature and its details. The mural also references Nugent’s personal experiences traveling abroad: the coyote being the traveling hunter, and the blue jay the homebound flyer.

Nugent's mural was unwittingly painted over in 2022 by the building's new owner who was not made aware of the agreement to keep the mural until at least 2026. Efforts are underway for Nugent to re-create the mural on site.
