Kentrice Schexnayder is a multifaceted New Orleans artist. From timeless fine art pieces sold nationwide to one of the largest historical murals in New Orleans history, Schexnayder is emerging as a nationally renown artist.

Inspired to be an artist from the ripe age of 6, Schexnayder graduated in 2010 from the University of New Orleans with a bachelor’s degree in fine arts and a minor in business. She used her knowledge of business and her art skills to launch her establishment Ken 6 Studio in 2015.

Schexnayder volunteers at local camps and non-profits including WQUE 93.3 FM’s Wild Wayne Summer Camp. She wants upcoming creatives to know that they don’t have to give up because creativity is needed in the world.
