Deborah Shavlik is a New Orleans based surrealist artist who explores themes of mysticism, symbolism and our relationship to the natural world through mixed media works on wood. With portraits and figurative work as the main focus, geometric details, metallic leaf, and 3D objects are often part of her lyrical compositions.
