Made in Staffordshire, England. Underside says the piece belonged to Jennie Rowley Robinson/Jennie Robinson Woodford. Janetta "Jennie" Rowley (1858-87) was married to Thomas G. Robinson (1856-1913). They had a daughter, Jennie, in 1885. Jennie Robinson was married to Arthur D. Woodford, Pompey, New York in 1907.
