Hair wreath likely created by Jennie Kneeskern Sloughter to commemorate her marriage to Charles Sloughter on February 28, 1895. The brown hair is hers and the blond hair is his. Jennie died in August 1895 while giving birth to their daughter, Ruth Ann Sloughter Kneeskern Rathbun.
