This is one of a project series of abstract paintings completed in January 2022. It is based on the relatively new art form or technique called Neurographic Art designed by Russian psychologist Pavel Piskarov. For this project I have used the criteria of three circles and two lines drawn randomly with ink then paint over watercolour paper. I have smoothed out any sharp angles or corners where there are crossover points. These black lines were, at the finish of each piece, decorated with a gold marker pen. I have used a variety of watercolour paints and techniques to achieve some texture or pattern within the coloured sections. This project produced one A4 painting, nine ATC's (Artist Trading Cards), and four postcard finished paintings.
