Plate, 9.875 inches diameter. Brown transfer. Printed maker's mark for Keeling & Co. at the "Dale Hall Pottery." In addition to the pattern name "Estelle," there is an Rd. No. 118135 which indicates a registry date of 1889. This pattern features clusters of grasses and small blossoms on the left and on the right overlaid on a "cracked ice" semi circle are leaves and different small blossoms. Part of both clusters extend gracefully into the center of the plate.
